7. Paid Subscriptions and Billing

A Couples Vault subscription is required for full access to our features. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to:

• Pay all applicable fees promptly.
• Allow us to charge your provided payment method for recurring subscriptions until you cancel.

Cancellation and Refunds: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your device's App Store. Refunds will be handled in accordance with the policies of the App Store through which you made the purchase.

8. Third-Party Services

The App uses third-party services to provide certain functionality, including data storage. By uploading content, you acknowledge and agree that your photos and related data may be processed and stored by trusted third-party providers solely for the purpose of operating and improving the App. We do not control and are not responsible for the terms, policies, or practices of such third parties, but we take reasonable steps to ensure they meet appropriate data protection and security standards.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Couples Vault is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We do not guarantee the App will be free of errors, interruptions, or security vulnerabilities. Results may vary for individual users. Use of the App is at your own risk. We are not responsible for any physical, emotional, or relationship consequences that may result from using the App.

10. Health and Safety Disclaimer

Users are responsible for their own health and safety. By using the app, users agree to ensure their own and their partner's health and safety by:
